Cinnamon Toast Breakfast Quinoa

Breakfast quinoa
  • Heaping 2 tablespoons chopped raw pecans
  • 1½ teaspoons coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon flooring cinnamon, plus additional for sprinkling on prime
