I’ve made this a number of times and it’s a solid recipe, which is not always the case with stuff from Smitten Kitchen (where dishes tend to be significantly under seasoned). Also, please don’t use the cans of tomato pictured at this page: even though they say San Marzano on the can, they’re not actually imported from San Marzano (the origin is the US).
